Venison and barley stew

Venison and barley stew
Ingredients
1 pound of venison stew meat
2 small potatoes
1 onion
4 carrots
2 ounces of fresh mushrooms
2 cups of pearl barley
1 can of condensed beef broth
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
7 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste

cut all ingredients into bite size pieces
prepare pearl barley in separate pot- follow directions on package 
brown venison with the beef broth
add all other ingredients including cooked barley except potatoes
stew for 2 hours stirring occasionally
add potatoes
stew for another hour
add salt and pepper to your taste
